SHIPPING POLICY

ShilpAkriti Decor — Delivering Art, Safely.

At ShilpAkriti Decor, every piece is a work of art crafted from natural marble. We take extraordinary care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, wherever you are.

📦 Packaging & Safe Transit

Each marble item is individually wrapped in thick foam padding, secured with bubble wrap, and placed in a double-walled corrugated box with custom-fit inserts. Heavier or more delicate pieces are crated in wooden frames for maximum protection. We do not compromise on packaging — your piece is treated as the heirloom it is.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Carrier: Delhivery / Shiprocket
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.
  • Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Cost: Free on all domestic orders.
  • Remote or difficult-to-access pin codes may require additional transit time. We will notify you if this applies to your order.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Shipping Cost: ₹5,999 flat rate per order.
  • Dispatch Time: 5–7 business days (customs documentation and export compliance checks are completed before dispatch).
  • Estimated Delivery: 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country and customs clearance.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fee.

🛡️ Insurance & Damage Protection

All shipments are insured against transit damage. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged:

  1. Document immediately — photograph the damaged packaging and item before unpacking further.
  2. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at shilpakritidecor@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, after reviewing the claim.

Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for coverage, so please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
