Returns Policy
Eligibility Criteria for Return
Your purchase is eligible for return only if:
- Incorrect Product: The product delivered does not match the item description mentioned on the website or the wrong product is delivered.
- Defective/Damaged Product: The product received has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized products or special bulk orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products purchased during sale periods or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange.
Important:
- We require unboxing pictures/videos to be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. No refund or exchange will be entertained without this evidence.
Note:
All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, making each piece unique. Slight variations in color tone, shape, or size may occur and are not regarded as defects. Such variations are not eligible for return or replacement.
Exchange Policy
Given the nature of our products, ShilpAkriti Decor reserves the sole discretion to provide resolutions as deemed fit. Each return or exchange request is treated individually.
- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange.
- A credit note equivalent to the product cost will be provided for the exchange.
- No Monetary Refunds: Refunds are not provided in cash or bank transfers.
- Returned products must be packed in their original packaging, including the invoice, labels, tags, boxes, and any other items included in the purchase.
- Shipping Responsibility: For defective or damaged items, the client is responsible for shipping the product back to us for return or replacement.
- Upon receiving the returned items, our quality assurance team will inspect them. If the product fails to meet the required conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in such cases.
- In the case of a missing product, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery.
Credit Note:
- If a replacement product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the full product amount.
- The credit note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance.
International Orders:
- Please note, returns and replacements are not possible for international orders.
Exchange Process
If your purchase meets our return/exchange criteria, please email us at shilpakritidecor@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including the following details:
- Order Number
- Delivery Address
- Reason for Return/Exchange: For defective or incorrect products, attach images or videos of the item.
Note: Emails or images/videos sent after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
